These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DishaFLEX website, platform, and related services provided by SASHA. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Purpose

DishaFLEX provides a digital learning platform for PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness, compliance, and training. It enables organizations to manage, deliver, and monitor PoSH training programs for employees, managers, and internal committee members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized by your organization to use the platform. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of your organization, if applicable.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information.
• Do not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the functionality of the platform.
• Report any security concerns or suspected misuse promptly to DishaFLEX support.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, design, code, and materials on the DishaFLEX platform are owned by SASHA or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for authorized organizational purposes only.

5. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using DishaFLEX, you consent to such processing and confirm that any data you submit is accurate and lawful.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

DishaFLEX and SASHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the integrity or security of our services. You may also discontinue use at any time by contacting your organization’s administrator or our support team.

9. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
